21 Days Full of Realizations
and Wisdom,
Broadening My Horizons

For me, Fuji Five Lakes Summit was an intensive 21 days that allowed me to experience and understand the true meaning and significance of words that I had heard somewhere before but lacked comprehension of. When I was first told about the summit's content, I had concerns about whether I would hinder my teammates or if I would be able to communicate effectively. However, these worries vanished as I soon discovered how friendly everyone is in the team meetings, and we all worked collaboratively towards presenting our ideas by drawing on each other's knowledge and creativity. Through this experience, I learned that although it is challenging to create something as a team, there are also things that can only be achieved through teamwork. Discussing with students in fields vastly different from mine led to numerous realizations that broadened my horizons. I believe this experience will prove valuable in my future career and creative endeavors.

A Miraculous Place of
Encounter and Growth

My greatest takeaway from the Fuji Five Lakes Summit was the companions who helped me overcome what I once considered my weaknesses. I used to be really shy around people and struggled to speak in public -even communicating online or through calls felt uncomfortable. Thanks to my experience at this summit, I now feel more at ease expressing myself in public, overcoming my previous resistance. Despite the short time spent together, I wanted to present our painstakingly crafted collective content using my own voice out of respect and appreciation for my teammates who each possess unique strengths. Even after the Fuji Five Lakes Summit, we continue to message and call each other every day. To me, the Fuji Five Lakes Summit was a miraculous place where I got to meet everyone and experienced dramatic personal growth.
