What is Reflection?

"Reflection" refers to the technique of reflecting on and reviewing
an activity from various perspectives after you have
completed it. It involves introspection and deep contemplation
from the perspective of both "team" and "individual", as well as
"technique" and "mind", to understand what issues arose and
what improvements can be made.

Realized the Importance of the Post-Activity Reflection

The Reflection Lab provided a valuable opportunity to reflect on my team and myself, through which we discovered areas of improvement for both the team as a whole and individually.
I have always planned meticulously and revised my plans to improve on it prior to executing any activity.
However, I hadn't realized the importance of setting aside time for post-activity reflection.
Through the Reflection Lab, I was able to experience firsthand how much post-activity reflection helped.
Thus, I now feel the need to regularly reflect on what is going well and what needs improvement.

Discovered Infinite Room for Growth Through "Deep" Thinking

I had never delved deeply into practices like self-reflection and introspection before.
I will treasure both the things I learned through self-reflection this time and the process of obtaining it.
I will also remain eager to discover lessons on my own and act on the feedback I receive.
I was also greatly inspired by the ambitious and open-minded students in other departments.
While casually discussing what we were learning, I found that many of them have big dreams, are very determined, and are taking the necessary steps to achieve their dreams.
Their high aspirations have encouraged me to actively seek diverse learning experiences even after the Fuji Five Lakes Summit.
